Agreement
By using Final Boss Check ("the Service"), operated by S.O TECHNOLOGY LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Final Boss Check provides passive security scanning for web applications. Our free scans use only standard GET requests that any browser would make. We do not perform invasive testing, fuzzing, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your Responsibilities
- Authorization: Only scan URLs you own or have explicit permission to test.
- Accuracy: Provide accurate information when using our services.
- Compliance: Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
- No abuse: Don't use the Service to attack, disrupt, or harm others.
Payments and Refunds
Paid services are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. If you're not satisfied with a paid report, contact us within 7 days via our report form for a refund—no email required. Refunds are at our discretion but we aim to be fair.
Limitations
- No guarantees: We identify common security issues but cannot guarantee we'll find all vulnerabilities. Security is your responsibility.
- As-is service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Liability cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your applications and data. We retain ownership of the Service, our scanning technology, and any aggregated insights (never including your specific data).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid reports remain accessible for the retention period even after you stop using other services.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in court.
